Placing an order
A contract only comes into existence between you and us once your order has been processed and dispatched. When you place an order you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that the details you provide are complete and accurate.
Cancelling an order
You are free to cancel an order within 14 days and will be refunded the amount of your order to the account it was originally paid from.
Acceptance of an order
When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout, containing details of the order content and prices.
Delivery
You are free to choose from the delivery options available at the time of ordering, including collection from our store. Claytons Tackle Ltd assumes no responsibility for damage during transport or delays beyond its reasonable control.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days if products are unused, unchanged, unwashed or otherwise unmanipulated and returned in their original packaging. Please contact us before returning any item. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
