We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work at Claytons Tackle Ltd.

Cancelling an order

You are free to cancel your order within 14 days. Where an order has already been paid for, the amount will be refunded to the account it was originally paid from.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days provided that the products are unused, unwashed and otherwise unchanged, and are returned in their original packaging. Please contact us before returning any item so we can advise on the process.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and we’ll put it right. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

How to start a return

To arrange a return, contact us on 01440 810120 or via our contact page, quoting your order number. Returned goods remain your responsibility until they reach us, so we recommend using a tracked service.
